Can I still change my phone number?
Yes, in many cases it is still possible to change your phone number — but this can only be done during the verification process of your request. If you do not receive the verification code via SMS, there is a chance that the entered phone number is incorrect. In that case, you can request the code again and correct your phone number at the same time. Please note: you can only change your phone number once.
No access to the verification process?
If you no longer have access to the verification page, that is not a problem. You will automatically receive an email if the verification process has not yet been completed. This email contains a link that allows you to restart the process and correct your details, including your phone number.
The professional will also contact you by email
If your request has already been forwarded to the professional and your phone number can no longer be changed, the professional will try to contact you via the email address you provided. Therefore, make sure your email address has been entered correctly and check your inbox regularly. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder as well, as messages can sometimes end up there by mistake.
