It’s not possible to cancel a quote request once it has been sent. Here’s why and what you can do:
Why can’t a request be cancelled?
As soon as you submit a quote request, it’s immediately forwarded to the selected professionals. Because of this, it can no longer be withdrawn. Please keep this in mind before submitting a request.
What to do if you no longer need a quote?
If you no longer wish to use the services of the professionals who contact you, simply let them know when they reach out. Politely inform them that you’re no longer interested.
You can also update the status of your request via the confirmation email you received after submitting it.
