What happens when your data is deleted

Your contact details will no longer be available to professionals who have not yet expressed interest in your project. For them, your project will no longer be visible.

Important: If a professional has already shown interest in your request, they’ve already received your details. We cannot delete your data from their systems, and they may still contact you about your request.

After your data is deleted, we’re no longer able to provide further service or support related to your request.
Before you delete your data: consider updating your status
If you’ve already found a professional for your job, we recommend updating the status of your request instead of deleting your data. Deleting your data is treated as a cancellation, not a confirmation that you’ve been helped—updating the status prevents other professionals from contacting you unnecessarily.
